It is firmly on the Government’s agenda to ensure effective
consultations on any service reconfigurations or big development
plans and LTA has the experience to help deliver them.
LTA has been involved in many major public consultations for
public sector clients and knows the importance of ensuring your
audience will understand the information you are sending out to
them.
We helped plan and deliver a large-scale public consultation
on plans to build new hospital. LTA coordinated the consultation
from start to finish, delivering all aspects of project
including producing a strategy and consultation document,
staffing displays, handling media enquiries, analysing feedback
and writing a post-consultation report.
