LTA Communications Ltd (formerly Lou Thomas Associates) is an all-round consultancy established by Lou Thomas in 1998. 

Lou specialises in public sector PR, strategic planning and reputation management and is an experienced lecturer in media relations and communications.

A special flair for strategic planning has meant Lou’s role increasingly focuses on management consultancy, particularly during ever-changing times in the NHS. She is a member of the Association of Healthcare Communicators.

Lou is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
